A Short Guide to Kuala Lumpurs Tree Top Walk

TREE TOP WALK

A suspended walkway amongst the trees in kuala Lumpur’s Eco Forest

It is not often that you find something as beautiful and fun as the KL Tree Top walk for free.

We had arrived in Kuala Lumpur after spending a month in the Philippines. Our Philippines trip ended with a motorbike accident and Hannah needed to rest her leg for the burn to heal before we could move on. We decided that our Malaysian adventure would have to be given up and our entire time in the country before moving to Thailand would be to rest.

While Hannah was resting I would be off to get food to bring back to her and also explore the city.

One of the things I came across was the Tree Top Walk in KL’s Forest Eco Park. It seems relatively unknown to tourists and we visited twice during our stay and it was quiet both times.

A 200 meter suspended walkway amongst the trees providing views of both the city and forested area.

We would highly recommend this activity if you are visiting Kuala Lumpur, it is free, fun and you can spend as little or as much time as you like in the Eco Park. Besides the Tree Top Walk there are also forest paths below to explore the Eco Park area.
