Rushing turquoise water and suspended bridges are awaiting your gorge adventure.

15 minutes by car from Chamonix you will find the beautiful Gorges de la Diosaz. The entry fee is 6.50 Euros and it is very much worth it. We visited in the late afternoon a couple of hours before the site closed at 6pm. This was a great time to visit as it was very quiet as most of the other visitors had gone by this point.

We were able to explore the beautiful gorges from the safety of wooden boardwalks and suspended bridges. The further into the gorge you go the better it gets. The water becomes a beautiful shade of turquoise and the drama of the rocks is noticeable.

Considered one of the most beautiful gorges in France, it is a must see when visiting the Chamonix area.
